"They had a drill malfunction and the supervisor, Craig Adams, expected me to clean up hundreds of grease spots off my porches and walls. He would not schedule a clean-up team to come back and clean the mess rather the technicians spent a few hours scrubbing the spots. However, they did not come up. The porches look considerably worse. Since that time, they have returned and made an effort to clean up the concrete. The front porch has now been completed, and they are returning tomorrow to work on the back porch."

"Josh was excellent in communicating every step of the way. He was always keeping me up to date on the status of the job and what he was planning to do next. He was punctual and kept to his promises which I greatly appreciated. We encountered some delays with rain causing standing water in areas of the crawlspace, but Josh was great at keeping a check on things and kept me up to date on when he expected they would be able to complete the job.
