"We remodeled most of our house this past year since we were working from home and it was long overdue. We had a few decent contractors(and a few not so decent) but the best by far was Hardscapes LLC. Our backyard has a steep hill and the rain has eroded the hill over the years to the point of seeing a lot of tree roots. We also only had about 8 feet of usable yard past the patio that was pea gravel. Hardscapes came in and put a retaining wall that gave us 30 feet of usable yard and a concrete patio. The 5-6 man crew really took their time to make sure everything was done right. They made a mess out of the driveway and street as expected with multiple truckloads of dirt and gravel…but not only did they hose the driveway down, but all 5 guys took 2-3 hours to scrape the compacted dirt from the driveway and the street, and then hose down again. I was planning on buying a power washer when I was done, but it was not needed. And we made no request of the clean up. Adam just said that he hates to leave a mess. Adam was great to work with. Answered calls the same day from start to finish and never took more than an hour or so to answer a text….unheard of these days. It did take them a few months to get started because they were so busy but Adam was very up front about timelines and weather delays. We felt like we got a fair price for the work that was done compared to quotes that we have gotten in the past, but it was a fantastic price when you take into account the service. Adam conducts business the way EVERY contractor should. I just wish he did bathroom remodeling!"

"Outstanding! They dug out the old materials and set them aside to be re-purposed as requested. They had a tough job, because the patio (12 ft by 12ft with another 4 feet extender down the side of the house, and a 12ft by 12 ft privacy fence) was being installed to be level for a pool or hot tub on a sloping yard next to the driveway. As a result, they had to do a good deal of digging down to get it just right in order to be level, and still let the water from rain roll off. They installed a complete drainage system off the gutter downspouts, dug trenches, and routed the drainage pipes under the new patio, before they then constructed the base, and placed the pavers. Bobby saw the crew was not doing exactly as I wanted done with the leveling, and he had them redo what was necessary to get it to my desires. They did a phenomenal job, not just with the meticulous attention to getting the pavers just right with the fence, but they even put fresh mulch into my wife's flower bed that runs off the edge of the patio. Front and back. They cleaned up everything, and even put the planters back in place. It looks fantastic, and the rain of this past few days has demonstrated that they did it all just right. It drains just like it should. I am very, very, pleased. DeMilo's price was very fair for all the work they did. I had 4 estimates, and his was one of the lower ones, but not the lowest. i would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"My wife and I are 77 and 80 years old and have an outside screened in porch which my wife uses as her escape area when weather permits. She is handicapped and I recently have become handicapped. This year the green pollen really did a number on our porch, it was literally saturated in green pollen and I was unable to clean it as my back issues got worse. I found Chri’s business on Angie, told him the problem (he even came out and looked at it) and I was given a fair quote to clean up the porch. Chris and his helper not only cleaned the porch, but took all the furniture and other items off the porch and cleaned them individually outside of porch. Upon completion, everything was put back in place and it was like brand new. I have never had anyone do a job like this and at a fair price.
