"We went to a Home and Garden Show and spoke to Mike the owner. We were given an appointment that was convenient for us. Mike came at set time and went over the price, product and all the guarantees. We had other estimates so Mike's was where we wanted to be. We hired him, we had used him 3 years ago for all new windows, back doors and vinyl siding. We weren't home when the roof was being replaced but our neighbors said the ground around our house was covered. The crew of about 10 people were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Mike was waiting for us when we got home to look at the roof to make sure we were happy with it. We had many compliments from neighbors on how nice our roof looks. We highly recommend Mike and Triangle Home Exteriors. We are having him come back in the spring to replace our front door."

"We hired Christian to redo our deck and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. We had some unexpected additional repairs (rotted wood) along the way that he communicated through and we got it done! we had a tight deadline and he crushed it. The deck is beautiful and well made and he went above and beyond with other things we needed (hauling and screening our porch). I 12/10 recommend him for any building or repair projects. He will be helping us with our property from here on out!"

"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

"This is the 2nd time I've used Rodas Construction with the same amazing results. I would highly recommend them for any roof project as well as siding now. Cole Faulkner did an amazing job as the Project Manager coordinating the siding, window, and gutter replacement I had done. The crew was here every morning by 7:30am and the entire house was re-sided, had new windows, new gutters, and all the other small items outside replaced and painted in 1 month. Everyone working at the house was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They stick by their word and come back to fix anything that isn't exactly as you expected it. There were even things Cole had the crew fix that I didn't notice. I am beyond happy with the result and the price! Thank you Cole and everyone else at Rodas who made it happen!"

"I had 20 year old flat moist insulation that didn't do any good in cold weather. I always had high energy bills every winter and didn't want to do the same this year. I knew I wanted to get insulation up to code R38. I went back and forth a lot and called them many times about understanding my choices for both insulation and radient barrier. I was chose them because they are the only ones that had copperflec. I became glad I chose them because of how paitent they was and how availble they was to answer all of my questions. They showed up as schudled and took out all the old stuff without getting it in my house. That was very important to me with my asthma that it didn't get in the air. I was very pleased with everything they did and how neat they left the place. I am also pleased to tell the difference in how even the room tempatures are now with the radient barrier. Before one would be hotter or colder then others. I expect to have much lower bills this winter."

"After reading various contractor reviews in HomeAdvisor, we narrowed it down to 3 contractors, and ended up hiring My Guys Remodeling to replace: our front porch; some trim/siding boards; a couple of outside doors; the gutters, and paint the house. We are glad we did! We have experience with other contractors doing different upgrades for our house, but My Guys ending up being our best experience. They did what they said they said they would do, and within the time frame they said they would do it. The remodeling consultant for My Guys, Dave, was very helpful guiding us through possible options of what we wanted done, and was very friendly to work with.
