There was plenty of work from the roof to the foundation and all areas in between. The renovation has exceeded our expectations and we are loving our new home. They were very easy to work with, listened to our needs, and helped to guide us with any concerns we had. David and his crew are also respectful of your time and budget. The crew always showed up when they were supposed to and there was no upselling or pressure to add "allowance" items. David and Chris were completely transparent with the finances. We chose to upgrade a few items and we were charged fairly. A few items came in under budget, and we were credited appropriately. Again...we could not be more pleased with the ease of the process from start to finish and the results achieved now that we are enjoying our home. Great guys and a great crew. "He is a pretty good guy.  He still does the work here in the neighborhood.  He does everything.  He is really good at granite countertops and new kitchen.  He is good at tile work.  The price was really good for the amount of work he did.  He did a lot of tile work.  I paid for the materials.  He was excellent.  He did exactly what he was going to do and that was a good thing.  He fulfilled his commitment.  He is really good at what he does.  He got a clear understanding of what I wanted to do.  He listened to what I had to say.  He did what I expected.  I didn't think I was overcharged for what was done.  He did a really great job.  He was here when he said he would be here and he was here every day until the job was done.  He came out for several weeks.  He was here on time.  He worked till 5 or 6'o clock and he would pick it up the next day.  He was very good.  He did what he said he was going to do.  I was impressed with the overall job he did.  I got him to other people who had high expectation also.  He is a pretty straightforward individual.  I got what I paid for."

"I believe Michelle typically does a great job and I acknowledge that everything is about perception and clean is relative. We scheduled a deep clean for a move-in and I expected based on our conversations the use of certain cleaning products but was a bit disappointed when I didn’t see or smell any of those products. I saw a bottle of vinegar and Michelle did say that she used that mixed with water on our hardwood floors. There were several areas that were missed and Michelle and Heather very politely came back and cleaned them. I really like Michelle and the fact that she is a family woman but if I’m honest I was disappointed in the work. I hired her because I thought she was the best value for what we needed but I think that some personal tragedy may have affected the quality of the work. I hate even writing this review."
