I was given a month before payment was due. but we have had rainstorm after rainstorm and I do not see a leak anywhere. It sounds like a river passing overhead, but not one drop falls off the roof. They were also very respectful and polite and even cleaned up everything so you couldn't see where they had been. Furthermore, I thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this business!"
