"Stop looking. Start doing! I cannot say enough good things about David and his crew. We used Green-Finn for an extensive renovation of a 1950's family home. There was plenty of work from the roof to the foundation and all areas in between. The renovation has exceeded our expectations and we are loving our new home. They were very easy to work with, listened to our needs, and helped to guide us with any concerns we had. David and his crew are also respectful of your time and budget. The crew always showed up when they were supposed to and there was no upselling or pressure to add "allowance" items. David and Chris were completely transparent with the finances. We chose to upgrade a few items and we were charged fairly. A few items came in under budget, and we were credited appropriately. "I believe Michelle typically does a great job and I acknowledge that everything is about perception and clean is relative. We scheduled a deep clean for a move-in and I expected based on our conversations the use of certain cleaning products but was a bit disappointed when I didn’t see or smell any of those products. I saw a bottle of vinegar and Michelle did say that she used that mixed with water on our hardwood floors. There were several areas that were missed and Michelle and Heather very politely came back and cleaned them. I really like Michelle and the fact that she is a family woman but if I’m honest I was disappointed in the work. I hired her because I thought she was the best value for what we needed but I think that some personal tragedy may have affected the quality of the work. I hate even writing this review."
