Reliable,honest, friendly, very dependable, Coast Guard veteran that can fix just about anything. Hence my Co. name. I have a set rate,(that fluctuates with the economy) and if I can't do it or don't feel comfortable about it I will say so. I don't have a specialty but I'm up for that special job.
