Since we are still in transition he offered to take it to his shop, clean it, and store it for us until we return in about a month. Clearly a step over and beyond what a typical carpet cleaning service would do. And by the way, our carpets look new again! Will definite be our "go to" carpet cleaner!!!"

They are on time, reliable, detail oriented, always smiling, friendly, always send me a reminder the day before they come, GREAT at communicating, so flexible, have great hourly rates and are so thorough at what they do. They really do work hard and because there are always two of them, cleaning gets done in half the time it would normally take just one person. I have hired them to do deep cleaning of my home and once that is completed, they will begin a routine of maintaining my home. I just could not be more pleased with them.
