"By far the best cleaning service I have ever had. Fast to respond, came and did a free walk-through quote, was willing to get to work immediately, did a lot of work on the Communications side to make sure we got on the same page and stayed on the same page. After using this amazing company for a spring cleaning last year I ended up keeping them for a weekly cleanings and it was always the best day of my week. Super communicative. Took a ton of time to get to know me and my personal preference is. I ended up using them for when my family came into town. I ended up using them for packing. I ended up using them for a move out clean. Seriously, hiring them was one of the best decisions I made living in North Carolina. Hire them today! You will not be sorry. "Provided us with expert advice on the best way to clean a 100% wool rug. Since we are still in transition he offered to take it to his shop, clean it, and store it for us until we return in about a month. Clearly a step over and beyond what a typical carpet cleaning service would do. And by the way, our carpets look new again! Will definite be our "go to" carpet cleaner!!!"

"I thought it all might need to be cleaned, but they said it did not need cleaning at this time. Very professional and honest. Recommended a minor repair be done in the future, and assured me it was not urgent because everything was safe. I will definitely be calling again when I am ready to upgrade the old wood stove."
