In this case, 1st couldn't quote because the tree required someone to actually climb the tree to start the cutting (bucket couldn't reach) and they didn't provide that service. the 2nd couldn't start until the beginning of 2022, the 3rd wanted $3000.00 + (Yikes!) and could start "in a week or so".
