"I initially scheduled an appointment to have my dryer vents cleaned. Kevin arrived earlier than the scheduled time and that was much appreciated (he actually called to ask if he could come earlier). After he took care of the dryer vents, I asked if he could take a quick look at the fan/exhaust in one of my bathrooms and let me know if I could schedule a later date to have those cleaned. Not only did Kevin take a look, but he cleaned them with a smile and no extra charge. Kevin, with Appalachian Air Ducts, is a true professional and I will absolutely hire them in the future!"

"From start to finish . . we had a great experience. Larry and Marlon came within a day of contacting Horne to evaluate our previous HVAC and see exactly what we needed. It was determined that our HVAC was in need of being replaced . . and from there we were helped in getting the financing needed and an appointment was quickly set up, our HVAC was installed and we had air conditioning once again. The install was so smooth. Nick and Martine were so professional and courteous and worked hard from the moment they got there to make sure everything was done/installed correctly. He Made a through evaluation and repair of my heat pump. He also did service check on my air conditioning and a second heat pump. "I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat).
