"Drew came out and looked over our unit, ducting, thermostat and checked for carbon monoxide. Our furnace was failing to come on and he was able to resolve the issue. Drew did a great job explaining everything and even came back out a second time to resolve a secondary issue (bad thermostat). It snowed the day he was scheduled to come and he kept the appointment (although we had to push back the appt time because of road conditions).
