The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. "Drew came out and looked over our unit, ducting, thermostat and checked for carbon monoxide. Our furnace was failing to come on and he was able to resolve the issue. Drew did a great job explaining everything and even came back out a second time to resolve a secondary issue (bad thermostat). He was professional, friendly and wasn't pushing for an equipment sale like some companies do. I will be using Alpine from here on out.

"Mr. Bradsher was excellent. I was able to get an appointment to have my fireplace fixed within 48 hours of contacting him and it's the coldest part of the year! It snowed the day he was scheduled to come and he kept the appointment (although we had to push back the appt time because of road conditions). He was able to fix our fireplace quickly and we're so happy to be able to enjoy the warmth of the fire on these cold nights.
