The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. "Drew came out and looked over our unit, ducting, thermostat and checked for carbon monoxide. Our furnace was failing to come on and he was able to resolve the issue. Drew did a great job explaining everything and even came back out a second time to resolve a secondary issue (bad thermostat). He was professional, friendly and wasn't pushing for an equipment sale like some companies do. I will be using Alpine from here on out.

"I called to schedule the service which was great.  I called the morning of the appointment to confirm since they told me they would call the day before, but didn't (and i told them that).  I waited for the technician, but he never showed.  When I called the office I was told that I didn't answer when the technician called, turned out, they had my phone number down wrong.  Technician did come out that day, but my entire work day was blown.  I knew I had a leak and to diagnosis it and full with more coolant it cost another $300 on top of what I already paid.  The unit was supposed to be cleaned.  I'm not sure if any type of cleaner was used, when I went out to check the technician just had the hose running on the unit.  In the end, I wasn't impressed.  I do have to have work done to correct the leak.  The estimate was almost $1800.  I will be cheaper for me to fly in a family member who does AC work to fix it.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
