I can't remember the exact date of service and am not positive the cost was $85. It may have been $75. But our thermostat would not come one, which meant our heat wasn't working. The service man figured out that it was a fuse in a unit under the house causing the problem and quickly fixed it. He very politely and thoroughly answered my questions, including telling me how to perform the repair myself if need arose in the future.
I was so happy with the service that I plan to use Alford for any future heating and cooling needs.
