"Phenomenal experience!!! No hassle, no hard-sell/upselling techniques. Just great people selling quality windows with a "we are here for you when are ready and you need us" attitude. The process was simple (no home visit required for anything except the actual installation). Ty, our "Chief Happiness Officer and Partner" (literally...that was his title in his email signature!), was always just an email/phone call away and his response time was fantastic. He educated us on the various type of windows and seemed to take his cool title very seriously--making us 100% happy was his goal. (He succeeded!) We replaced every window in our house and were able to mix and match our choices--some casements, some sliders, some non-opening picture windows, and some traditional double-hung. We were also able to mix which windows were to have fake muntins (white crossbars to match the "neighborhood look") and which would be all-glass unobstructed (for viewing the wooded backyard and birdfeeder, for example). This flexibility truly left us with a result that was tailored to us, our house, and our lifestyle. They also stand by their products and the quality customer service does not stop after the check is cashed. Two other people that stood out were 1) installation manager Scott and 2) Kurt who came out to help resolve an issue that was discovered after the project was completed. I don't expect we will need windows again in this house; if we did, we would certainly start with Zen Windows again. It was a smooth and easy and friendly process! Great company!"

"They're fabulous. Jared is the son and he is very fair, they do excellent work... the clean-up, their customer service, the way they come in, and check everything starting. Highest quality work and he's done several projects for us (one of them was huge, they put a beam in the back of our house, it was a big job) They also do smaller jobs, like putting in sliding glass doors. "Great! They showed up on time and were able to complete the installation of two ceiling fans. In one case the fan was swapped out for another; in another case we wanted the fan installed (there was already a ceiling outlet and blocking for it. Everything has worked well for more than a year. Since this work, I have since hired Sal and his team for other work. He'll talk to you first about what you want to have done before he even makes an appointment and if he thinks he's not the right fit for what you want done, he is upfront about that and has a suggestion for someone else you can call. For example we've recently decided to redo our shower enclosure and given that we only wanted to replace the glass, he suggested we remove him as the middle man and put me in touch with the glass folks he would have used if he handled the job. The price was reasonable for the work performed."

"They were to expensive to replace so I was seeking to repair them and to prevent problems on my other windows. Vince gave a very reasonable estimate and was upfront about the possibility of glass breakage since they would be using power tools near glass. I appreciate that Vince is very clear and realistic about expectations. Not only did they repair the rot on the frames AND on the sashes but they replaced the wood brick mold with PVC wood that looks great, didn't break a single window glass and came in under the estimate! I want to emphasize how important it is to communicate with the workers. I had been working on this for several years so I knew quite a bit about the windows and was watching and asking questions while they worked. That's how we came to the idea of replacing the brick mold with PVC wood which cost a little extra in materials but overall probably saved us time investment and now I have the peace of mind that those areas can't rot!"
