I’m an out of town landlord and appreciate having someone I can rely on to take care of repairs and be honest with me. Mike is that guy. He replaced an interior door, replaced 2 ceiling fans and power washed the house. Everything was done with great care. He let me know about a couple of other items he saw, sent pictures, gave me a fair price and all is well. He even paid my tenant’s grandsons for helping him out! I definitely recommend Mike!
