Southern Star is the only group I'll consider to do work on my roof. Their team is well-trained in customer service as they collaborate with customers in an efficient manner with the utmost respect. They are not the type to persuade you to make an insurance claim for a new roof or suggest repairs you do not need. They are honest and transparent about their quotes and flexible on pricing to an extent. Once they offer the quote, they allow you to follow up with them when you are ready as opposed to the constant bombardment of calls from other entities. My favorite part about Southern Star is they openly welcome text/phone calls with questions. Roofing repair is something Southern Star wants you to be comfortable with and knows you as the home owner do not take it lightly. Finally, they will come out to ensure a quality check on the work provided as their personal guarantee. I wish working with other industries on home improvement was as smooth and simple as working with Southern Star!

Southern Star Roofing is INCREDIBLE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I had two friends that knew someone in roofing companies that knew that they could replace my whole roof with insurance monies. Of course I thought it was to good to be true but still went for it. Of course the insurance company did not replace but supposedly found hail damage but again not enough to replace roof. This was during COVID so things very hectic. Finally backed in corner from insurance company to repair. The insurance company recommended Southern Star Roofing. From the moment I made the call amazing Kristy set up appointment. Then the INCREDIBLE JONNY AND BRANDON came to my house. They assesed the roof and realized I would spend 3/4 of a replacement on full roof. They saw my distress because I did not have the money but then reccomended fiance company. They assisted me during the whole process of fiancing and replacement of roof. They were never condescending or not sincerly genuine!! My retired neighbors who watched the crew put up the roof said they never messed around but worked deligently to get job done and THE ROOF ON MY HOUSE IS JUST BEAUTIFUL THANKS TO SOUTHERN STAR ROOFING!!

Southern Star Roofing is great! They helped with a roofing repair at my house that was more than a little tricky, but they were up for the challenge! It didn't get quite fixed after the first time out, but they were determined to get it fixed and it was never a bother to them. Definitely use them if you get a chance, they stand behind their work!

Brandon and Southern Star installed our windows 10 years ago. We also wanted to install custom doors to our atrium. He did a superb job and at a great price. We are so happy with the work and the quality of the product to this day. Recently we needed a new roof so we called Brandon. I can't say enough about the professional job the team at Southern Star Roofing in Asheville NC did installing three skylights for me. After getting five estimates and working with Greg, they gave me a great estimate for top of the line skylights. Greg took the time to match my shingles exactly and the crew installed them on a sunny afternoon and cleaned up the area. I would recommend Southern Star for all your roofing needs!

Brandon (the owner) was extremely responsive and professional. The company offers good warranty on installation and workmanship (2-years). The shingle company they worked with (Certainteed) seems to have high quality products and better warranty than others. The installation crews were professional. They left the property nice an clean after the work is done. I'm extremely happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone (I'm proudly wearing one of their shirts to give them more visibility).

Greg was amazing to work with. He was on time and was always available to communicate. Very fast response too. His team got our whole roof stripped and redone in a day. They are such hard workers. Got there at 7AM and finished around 7PM. Thanks y’all

Had a roof leak and they was able to repair it and did great work and were very professional. I also used them on new roof on a storage building back in March and did great work as well.

Hard to find good, quality service these days...Southern Star Roofing will not disappoint. They responded quickly to our roof repair need without us needing to follow up. Someone was out the next day and was able to make the repair on the spot. He was prepared and professional. Highly recommend!
