"I can’t even begin to describe how fast to run from this company. Some of the reviews on Google are from current employees. We hired All About Tile based off of Angi’s list reviews. Antonio came promptly and gave us a very detailed quote for our scope of work on a kitchen renovation. I will start by saying that we hit red flags starting a month into the job. Antonio kept adding more and more things into the job that he didn’t account for. Some things that were visible while he was doing his initial estimate. On multiple occasions, vendors that we had hired told us they didn’t feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing or that he had sub contractors that knew what they were doing. We had multiple conversations with him where we did a temperature gauge and set expectations. 3 months into the job he quit mid job when frustrated. Then called us after and asked to finish the job. He didn’t pull proper permits. Our electric wasn’t remotely up to code and he tried to tell us we owed him an additional $15,000. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"

"Luna and his team were excellent. They did an absolutely amazing job and we’re so friendly. Great customer service all around. I have lived in the home for a while now and can find no issues at all. They sanded the walls prior, because Luna showed me where there were many rough spots all over the walls which felt like sandpaper; the flat builder paint hides this poor sanding job. If he had not shown me this my eggshell paint I was having applied would have shown every single bad spot and looked awful. Even with the sanding; it was a extremely good price for the job. I even got the garage painted it was such a good deal! I would use Luna again no question and have recommended him and his team to many of my neighbors and friends. "Palmer's refinished a 6ft x 3ft mahogany mirror that has been in my family for 70 years, and facilitated the replacement of the glass. The job went very well and I'm really happy with the result. They picked up and dropped off, stayed within the quote, kept me posted along the way, and only required four days to do it. I absolutely recommend Palmer's and would use them again, maybe for an antique cedar chest my family has had over 90 years. I would trust them with it."
