PALMER'S REFINISHING

Palmer's refinished a 6ft x 3ft mahogany mirror that has been in my family for 70 years, and facilitated the replacement of the glass. The job went very well and I'm really happy with the result. They picked up and dropped off, stayed within the quote, kept me posted along the way, and only required four days to do it. I absolutely recommend Palmer's and would use them again, maybe for an antique cedar chest my family has had over 90 years. I would trust them with it.

Scott was great to work with! He provided a quote, established a time frame, and provided examples of his work. He was fairly priced and very professional to deal with. He met his deadline and the quality of his work is to top notch! Do yourself a favor and hire him.

I randomly found Scott thru Google and gave him a call. I sent him pictures of the piece and he said he could fix it. Set a date to come pick it up and he was punctual and very professional. He had the piece for about 2-3 days and what this man did with this furniture was just short of AMAZING! It was well above anything I could have hope for.

Scott was great. I had started stripping an old desk and it was just too much for me to do. I sent him pictures and he gave me a price and also told me how long the job would take. He came and picked up the desk and then brought it back when it was finished. The desk looks great and Scott was easy to work with, punctual and professional.

My cabinets were in BAD shape. Palmer's responded quickly to my request for a quote. They scheduled a time and explained the process and what I could expect each day. They took one of my cabinet doors and made me a sample in the color I chose. They arrived on time each day, worked extremely hard, and provided me with what looks like a factory new result. I am beyond happy! I will defiantly use them for any future projects and will happily hand out their information to anyone who wants to know where I got my new cabinets!

Al & Scott do excellent work. They are meticulous and thorough. They kept the area clean, were always on time, and totally professional. Our cabinets, which they changed from dark brown to white, look factory new. We highly recommend them and would definitely hire again.

They did a fabulous job and were a joy to deal with. Additionally, they were very neat...area around cabinets and in cabinets were all taped so no paint splatters.

Mr. Palmer was awesome! Very professional, cost actual came in lower than the estimate, he was on time and did exactly what he said he would do during the estimate. Love the new hinges on our kitchen cabinets. They are very quiet and now close completely. He is very trustworthy and I was very comfortable having him in my home. He took extra care to protect our hardwood floors while working. He did such a great job I now have him refinishing an antique table.

Excellent job

I LOVE this company. Mr. Palmer and his team refinished my grandmother's antique hutch. He also fixed the door and stabilized the shelves. They finished the job in about a week and it is beautiful. Palmer's also picked up and delivered the hutch which is an added plus. This is the 2nd piece Mr. Palmer has restored for me, and I'm sad that I don't have anything else to refurbish. During the initial phone call they provided me with a phone estimate of $250 to refinish a coffee table.  Without even seeing the piece!

We scheduled an at-home visit/pick and within a week the father and son team were at our house to take a look at our coffee table.  When they saw it they discovered that the table was much more ornate with carvings than they had expected.  It also had a 3-tone finish.  The table top was brown; and the legs of the table were gold and white, sort of in a French provincial style.

After some discussions, we decided go with a single color.  The wife and I were really not interested in the multi-toned French provincial look, since everything in our home is finished in either a cherry or mahogany traditional style.

While at our home they matched the color right in front of us and showed us the color palette for the table.

Feeling pretty comfortable with these two guys we had them take a look at a bar stool that had a broken horizontal spindle the us used to brace the legs together.  They said "no problem" and offered to fix it for $50.

One week later to the day they delivered our beautiful, like new coffee table and also like new bar stool.  They really did a wonderful job; the service was prompt; and the price was very fair.

The best part... the come to your home, are on time, ask pertinent questions about the work, and deliver within the promised timeframe.

We would definitely use them again for any wood furniture related repairs.  They would also be on my short list if we ever decide to refinish/paint our wood kitchen/laundry/bath cabinets.

They refinished a child's table and chairs and did a wonderful job.  They picked up and delivered the pieces in a timely manner.  Next time I need any furniture refinished I know exactly who I will be calling again.  Definitely would recommend to anyone needing furniture repairs done.

Palmer's beautifully restored a 50-yr old solid wood sideboard.  The piece was in BAD shape but Palmer's fully restored it in FIVE DAYS.  There was some intricate woodwork missing on the front & Mr. Palmer fixed that too.  Price was very fair for the level of work involved.  And their quote includes pickup and delivery.  Mr. Palmer is super responsive - just email a description of the requested service w/pictures and he will respond with a quote.  I highly recommend Palmer's for your furniture restoration needs.
