LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend.

Good job. Finally finish isn't exactly what I hoped for. 5 stars if more care were taken to make sure color was consistent. Not 100% on them. Apparently the floors were are a bit janky. But overall happy.

I don't recommend this company at all. They call themselves professional installers and have quality products. They installed Mohawk Ultrawood floor at our home saying that it is a premium grade product and does not make any noise/sound even being a floating floor. I chose their product after getting their assurance about the feel and the noise but after it is installed it makes a hollow sound when we walk on the floor. After installation, they mentioned it does make a sound when we walk since it is a floating floor. They hid the facts and lied to me to sell their product. Their work is also not professional. I have to call them multiple times after the installation is done for repairs. They left gaps in multiple places and damaged walls while laying the floor. On top of that, they have filed a lien on my property since I was holding their payment while negotiating the quality of the wood and the installation issues. Even though I told them I was ready to pay the remaining balance amount and requested them to address the floor noise issues, instead of fixing the issues they fielded the lien on my property and forced me to make the payment without addressing the issues that had resulted due to their product/installation defects. I got staircase replaced with oak wood and that job was also not done as promised. It makes a cracky sound when we step on the stairs. I made the complaint about the noise and the response from the installer is that our steps were not installed properly by the builder. They find all possible reasons to prove your existing floor/stairs are bad. There was a broken step under the carpet earlier and installer installed the new stair tread on top of it just like that and did not even bring that to our notice. The frame underneath the oak tread made the oak tread sink and to fix that issue again we had to pay to the flooring company. The stain that we got on the stair tread is also not done professional way. We did choose almost close matching with the floor (Hickory wood) but the polishing guy hired by this company could not get it exactly what we chose. The company declined to correct that issue too. There are multiple issues with their products, service and installation. I spent $23,000 for the project hoping I would have peace of mind after the installation but since the day after installation everyday morning when I stepped on the floor, I felt like I should have not gotten this new floor at all. My old floor was 2000 times better than this new one. I don't recommend this company and I have already circulated my feedback in my community where I live and in my neighborhood and with friends and family. I strongly DON'T recommend this company. They promise several things and speak sweet words until they get your contract signed. Once you sign the contract, their tone changes. They were very open about price and timing. The final product looked great!! They weren’t pushy on what colors to choose or tried to get us to upgrade to higher cost items. Great group of people.

Great! They do wonderful work! That's why we had them come back out after the first time because we liked their work so much and the quality of the carpet and laminate hardwood flooring. They do a great job and would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from selecting materials through entire installation process. -Very knowledgable, helped us understand comparisons of different materials. We ended up choosing engineered hardwood. Carlo was great. -Thomas and the demolition and installation crew were just excellent. Significant demo to remove old hardwoods and replace entire subfloor, they did a great job. Installation was great, down to cleaning the floor in great detail and very attentive placing of furniture after the job was complete. -Wallace and the stairway replacement/stain match were also great. Reviewed samples of different stain match options, and again the execution was excellent. The stairs look so good we are likely to not put in the runner we had planned. -They also did a great job working with our schedule as we were involved in other internal renovations. We had to make a shift in timing, they were able to accomodate this and fit in our schedule perfectly. I would recommend anyone considering a floor project to contact Carlo and his team. Great help from knowledge and selection through execution.

Fantastic. Phillip, Patrick, and their crew arrived promptly at 0800. They worked diligently throughout the entire day. They were polite with every encounter they had with us. They were able to complete the entire job in one day. Before they left, they swept, mopped, and wiped down the surface areas. They put all of the furniture back where it was originally. They cleaned up outside before they left.

Very good job! Very pleased with the quality of work and the product. The floor and carpet are beautiful! We've had bad experiences before so we are so pleased with the work done and the quality of the work and product. We are wanting to have the bathrooms, laundry room and master bedroom done in a couple months.

We had new floors come out and install not only Wood laminate flooring but also to install new carpet. We had received 3 other quotes for flooring and carpet but NewFloors beat the competition but a lot. The quality of the flooring was great and the quality of the work was absolutely amazing. They were on time, professional, courteous, and worked around our schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their existing flooring.

We are very pleased with the high quality of the carpet and padding. We did not realize how much prep work goes into having carpet installed. It was almost like moving out of the upstairs bringing it all downstairs to non- carpet area. I would recommend giving yourself more time to properly organize and move items out of the way. I noticed a large scratch on our wood sleigh bed and need to address that. The installers/movers did an excellent job moving all of the heavy furniture and items out of the way to install carpet.

The team did a very thorough job in the quote, prep, install and post job review. Carlo was very knowledgeable about hardwood and carpet and took time to explain the process and products. Install team provided quality work and kept to the timeline agreed upon. Post job review identified one board that was an issue post sanding and it was fixed completely within 3 days. We were very happy with our experience and would use again.

It went exceedingly well. The experience from meeting with Carlo to his staff of experienced installers was handled competently and professionaly.

The guys who came were friendly and worked hard. It was a big job with lots of heavy furniture and they did what they came to do in a professional manner. Would definitely use them again.
