I highly recommend A-1. I love my new carpet. I didn’t feel pushed in to anything. Price as fair and no hidden charges. The installers were great also and had my carpet installed in a little over 2 hours.

You can buy nice flooring lots of places. At A-1 CARPET & TILE you get outstanding service along with beautiful flooring. I had large plank wood-look tile installed throughout the house (both the downstairs and upstairs) and carpet on the stairs and landing. Mohammad listened to what I wanted and made excellent recommendations. He stayed in touch with me on when the installation would begin/end, working around my schedule. His installers were on-time, professional, and hard-working (arriving by 8am and not leaving until 7pm). Mohammad followed up throughout the installation, making sure I was happy with both the selection and the crew working (I was!). My flooring is absolutely gorgeous...just what I wanted! I highly recommend A-1 Carpet & Tile!

Mr. Mohammed, he gave us a real first date estimate on putting down the floor and the porcelain tile that we had cause they didn't have enough of the laminate. The distributor, they discontinued it. They picked out a different color.We had had water damage in our house. We were never disappointed in the work that he did. He worked with us each step of the way to make sure we were satisfied. He came and did the measurements and all that. We thought that he and his team were worth it. They surpassed the initial flooring installation experience that we had earlier when we had our floors done in the year. Laminate flooring they replace and porcelain tile in our kitchen. We were really satisfied with Mr. Mohammed and his team. They were excellent. I'd tell anybody they were. It's laminate flooring in my living room and dining area and then porcelain tile in my kitchen. The only drawback that I wished we would've had them first, we initially had it done. I would've just let him do it all because I could've been any more satisfied with hen job that they did.

It was like $100 for four rooms; I think there was a coupon on Angie's List.  I give him A's across the board.  Would I use them again?  Absolutely; my husband and I are debating because he wants to do it himself and I want to call this guy back.  

I had used A1 about 5 years ago to refinish hardwoods in a previous house. The floors came out perfect and he was hassle free to work with. I was out of town during that process and Mohammed kept in contact along the way. It was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for the floors to look any better. Moving to a new house and needing new floors, A1 was the only company I would consider for the floors. Once again Mohammed did not disappoint. They installed laminate in four bedrooms and a hallway. They did a perfect job once again. Carpet was installed on the stairs and that too looks great. Mohammed is easy to work with, accomadates to your schedule and keeps you up to date on the project. He even came to the house with samples to save us a trip to his showroom. He is easy to get in contact with and he is the only one answering your questions so the entire process is streamlined and simple.

Mohammed was very patient during the shopping phase and in helping us understand which carpet was best for our home. His installers showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up before they left. Looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future.

I called and Mohammad was able to come by my house that day. He brought carpet samples based on our discussion on the phone and I was able to select the color in my home while Mohammad was measuring. The installers were at my house three days later. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything and put all the furniture back in it's place. Mohammad called to follow up. I would definitely use them again.

Mohammed was prompt and polite throughout the review, purchase and installation process. He was never pushy, asking about our needs and offering a variety of solutions. He was flexible scheduling the installation and was very good about keeping us informed as to the timing on the install day. Installers were excellent: polite, clean, respectful and very hard working. They finished the process in less time than anticipated, with no shortcuts. They were gentle moving a lot of furniture, careful taking out the old carpet and cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased with the process and would definitely recommend A1 Carpet & Tile. The owner, Mohamed, came to my house with may samples to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the different qualities each had to offer. Being at the house made it easier to pick a carpet color because I could see it on the floor in the actual space. Installation was smooth and very efficient. Everyone involved was curious and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent! Mohammed provided professional service from start to finish. Unlike the big hardware stores, you deal with one person start to finish. He takes your call, answers your questions in the store, comes to your house and takes the measurements. The team of installers were quiet, polite, and industrious. Great communication, advice, service, price. Highly recommend :)

They were excellent. They brought in a crew of 6 or 7 and had it done in no time.

Original quote was for one day of installation. However, as we neared the installation date the quote started to turn into 1.5 days which we were fine with so long as the installation was of good quality. The workers arrived at the house around 10am (which seemed a bit late to me) and it became quite clear by the afternoon that the work wasn't going to be able to be completed in one day. We were okay for them to return the next day but they also noticed by the afternoon that they didn't have nearly enough carpet to complete the work. Additional carpet needed to be ordered to finish 2 rooms and both stairwells at no additional cost to us. They returned in the middle of the following week with the new carpet and were able to finish the work.

For some reason we now have a squeak in the floor of the master that wasn't there before the work was completed. The workers tried to remove it with lots of screws but it is still there. All of the carpet work was of great quality and we are very happy with the final result of the installation.

Excellent, Mohamed came out to my house to do all the measuring ahead of time, we went down to his store on South Blvd to make our selections, and his guys came out to do the installation. Very easy, and reasonable pricing. They worked really hard, it took them all day and they stayed until the evening to get it done. My new flooring looks GREAT and we are so pleased. It really changes the look of the whole house. Thank you A-1!

Mohammed and his team did an phenomenal job.  They showed up exactly as promised, came prepared with all required materials and then did an outstanding job installing the tile.  Since the work has been complete we have had numerous compliments about the looks of the job and also about the precision work that was done...much attention to the details and doing the job correctly was very obvious.  I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work, and I will definitely use them again for another project.

They did an exceptional job and I am extremely happy with everything.  In fact, I am a repeat customer.  They also did work on my previous home. I would highly recommend them.
