Hired for 1 of 2 water projects. Ended up not needing the more expensive project at this time. Actually received a better result on the secondary project than I had planned on. Would not hesitate calling when I need the other project done.

Over the winter we a pipe freeze and bust on well that had been installed over the summer. The whole well was frozen and we were freaking out over the cost. We called Garrett and he arrived within an hour and had our issue fixed within 20 minutes. He was reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable! I highly recommend Garrett for all your well needs!

I spoke with Mr Banks prior to hiring him and he explained over the phone what he thought was the cause of my concerns and he would arrive at my residence at 9am well he was a little short by 15 minutes but his knowledge, and personality quickly made me to forget that, and I was impressed a young Man very smart, articulate and very nice and yes I would definitely recommend him and I would use his services again he did the job in an outstanding manner

Garrett came out to our place even though it had snowed and the roads were a bit icy. He examined the well pump, listened to what we had already tried, and explained what he thought was causing the issue. He then got to work and had the issue fixed fairly quickly. He then even made suggestions for the future of possibly upgrading our system when the time comes. Very pleased with his professionalism and curteousness.

Exceptional! Our well pump went out on a Friday afternoon, called another service who couldn't get to us til Monday but they referred us to Garrett. Garrett provided an accurate upfront ballpark of potential cost to replace the pump, showed up within an hour, pulled and replaced the pump, checked the rest of the system, repressured our tank, and had water for us in two hours (3 hours from the time it went out!). Very personable and knowledgeable. He'll be the first one I call if I have any other well issues. I strongly recommend him.

Garrett was very honest came out same day , didn't push the costly replacement of the system , he found a simple issues and that fixed it .He didn't just come out and rip the system out and replace he took the time to see if it was something simple first. We will be using him again .

Garrett was AMAZING. We have an old farm house, challenging topography, and stone construction to work through and around. We also had old dummy pipes in our ground adding to the challenge. He came to replace our pressure tank, and provide a new piping system to our house and the well that would allow a whole house filter to remove iron bacteria from our water. He finished the job perfectly, took every unknown found with ease and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He lowered my stress level! I canâ t recommend his service and company enough. We had well work by others in the past but he is the only one I will call in the future.

After two hours of trying to fix it myself, I decided to call a PROFESSIONAL. I called Garrett at 3:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon. He was onsite in an hour, and had water flowing to my home within another hour. Great service and thorough knowledge of well pumps. Five stars! I will call him every time.
