This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. "Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. The two-man crew, neither of whom spoke English, refused to reassemble furniture (despite the contract) and even tried to pretend to do so. The our one be"

"DO NOT USE TGIS COMPANY!! They ruined my 1904 Baldwin grand piano. He sent 2 guys he hired from who knows where in an old beat up truck. I had no idea until it was already loaded and in its way to my house. I then Was VERY upset of course. Then the guy started cussing at us with my kids there, and literally threw the piano out on its side. And took off with some if the piano parts. We called multiple time and one of them finally brought the parts back. The entire piano was scratched all over and a huge gouge out of the side. The owner assured me he had insurance but then stopped text back and change his number!! I beg You please do not even consider using this company. And then to represent himself as a ?man of faith? it?s was just heartbreaking. "
