"After experiencing water pressure loss, I assumed we needed to replace our well pump. I received a call from A-1 from a Home Advisor referral, and despite their jammed schedule, Travis arranged for Chris to come out on a Saturday afternoon. Before Chris arrived, we also lost hot water. He diagnosed two problems immediately (neither was the well pump itself): A malfunctioning water pressure tank / PSI meter connected to our filter, plus a rusted and leaking water heater.
