"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. "Told to come in without an appointment for a new battery. When I arrived was told I needed to have an appointment. When I arrived the next week I was told they didn’t have the battery in stock. That’s two hours of my life! Total frustration. They’re smart enough to send an email checklist to make sure I was prepared with my phone to have the battery changed. They were not smart enough to send me an email saying they didn’t have the battery in stock. Total garbage!"

"Customer service was awlful from the Hazelwood nc office. I was trying to get issue with ge ice machine repaired. They came and fixed the water not dispensing fixed that but said I needed a heater. Long story short I called repeatedly but calls were not returned. Finally got fed up and called someone else. Service call was 112.00 with work not completed. My fault I shouldn't have paid until issue was repaired"
