Availability is limited to after hours and weekends as to not interfere with my 9-5 Commercial refrigeration job. This also means cheaper pricing for you! My service call fee is only $40 AND is waived if the repair(s) takes more than one hour. My labor rate is also $40/hr and there is NO up-charge for parts and materials,you pay only what I pay. "We are remodeling our kitchen and our Contractor had selected Fieldstone Cabinets fitting the quality and degree of customization suitable for us. I mistakenly told the Contractor the incorrect wood for the cabinet material when ordering a sample door and we needed to make a last minute change in the order. We frantically searched for a cabinet showroom with a sample door so that my wife could preview and after striking out from Hickory to Charlotte, we ended up in Asheville on a Friday afternoon at Asheville Cabinets when everyone had left for the day except CJ in logistics. Even knowing that his company would not be getting a sale, CJ took a great deal of time to search and locate samples. He discussed manufacturing techniques of the cabinet lines that Asheville Cabinets installs and took me in the back to see how Fieldstone packages their product for shipping. "Told to come in without an appointment for a new battery. When I arrived was told I needed to have an appointment. When I arrived the next week I was told they didn’t have the battery in stock. That’s two hours of my life! Total frustration. They’re smart enough to send an email checklist to make sure I was prepared with my phone to have the battery changed. They were not smart enough to send me an email saying they didn’t have the battery in stock. Total garbage!"

Long story short I called repeatedly but calls were not returned. Finally got fed up and called someone else. Service call was 112.00 with work not completed. My fault I shouldn't have paid until issue was repaired"
