MASTON HOMES?

Very badly. Owner contractor extremely rude and arrogant. Roof leaked 6 times and snow blew into attic. When I reported this to builder they said snow in attic completely normal!!!! Sent out workers to caulk holes every time roof leaked. Never called during building process and was never there to answer any questions. NEVER AGAIN.

Originally went there for high end modular, They kept discouraging us by stating they are too expensive fot our budget of 250,000. We never got any actual prices from them as they kept steering us to stick build which I suspect has more profit for them! These people are self absorbed and not willing to help you at all. They do not follow through and  when your budget is not high enough for them to make a very large profit, they blow you off and  are snobby to you. The sales person made commitments and never followed through. Getting someone on phone was difficult. People come and go there and do not keep regular hours. They have to pick up kids  or something else. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE JUST FINDING A HOME TO BUILD!!! I never met or spoke with the actual builder/owner, only his sales person or wife whichever. BEWARE and  do yourself a favor and keep away from this place.  Absolutly no creativity or willingness to help us. If we did not have the exact plan  she did not want to be bothered!!   You can do much better with someone who does not look at you like a dollar bill. We were treated badly\. HORRIBLE!!
Try Americas Home Place, Greenville. MUCH BETTER!!

We were very satisfied with their professionalism and timely responses. We would definitely consider them for future projects.
