He made an extra trip over after installing a new washer to make sure she knew how to use it.

Ron Justice has been my business provider for appliance advise, repairs and replacement for the past 15 +years.
We have several rental units and we provide all appliances in them.
When I first called Ron about the dryer not heating, he explained that he was at the end of a week out of town with family issues, and was very clear that he had many jobs already scheduled upon his return.
He went out of his way .. and beyond his regular work day hours.. to service this dryer the 2nd day he was back in town.
I could not ask for a more responsive and polite service provider.
