Barrett is the man. Put in a great garage door for me and didn’t hesitate to come back and do a minor repair on it. Very knowledgeable and can handle anything you throw at him. 10/10. Highly recommend

I recently visited Lowe’s to purchase a replacement garage door opener and decided to have it professionally installed rather than risk tackling the "beast" myself. The communication from Barrett’s team to set up an installation time was outstanding—they were prompt, clear, and professional. On installation day, the team arrived exactly on time and completed the entire job efficiently. They not only installed the new system but also removed the old, outdated system and track. On top of that, they went above and beyond by repairing a section of the door. Amazingly, they completed all of this faster than it took me to draft this review—or pretty close to it! Barrett’s professionalism and quality of service are truly second to none. Whether your garage door opener is an ancient relic, on the verge of becoming a guillotine, or has suffered some "creative driving" from your spouse or kids, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Barrett’s a call!

I called to repair a keypad that wasn’t working. I received same day service and William was very nice. He also did some preventative maintenance on the door while he was here. I would highly recommend.

Barrett installed new direct drive door openers. Did a good job. One automatic dead bolt quit working. I spoke with William, and he was to call back. He did not. I called again he was to call back. He never has... SOOOOO... If it quits, you will have to fix it yourself. EVEN IF IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. That aint right! - Tom L.
