"Had CR3 come out to do the roofing and siding on my previous house. Nothing but professionalism and curiosity from this company. The old siding had holes in it and they were able to install all new so quickly. Bryan has the knowledge to walk you through everything. "Mike and Mason replaced and extended decks on the front and back of my house, replaced all the windows and doors, and replaced most of the plywood/siding on the house - had some rot from previous storms of which I was unaware. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and was very easy to work with. Mason is a very capable young man and a hard worker. Everything was done in a timely manner -despite the unexpected damage uncovered - and they completely cleaned inside and out once finished. All the work was outstanding and looks amazing. Any future jobs I have, I will be using Colley Construction."

"Did ok repair of fence but poor job on railing. Took about 2 months to get missing parts with several no shows and never fixed poor placement of balusters to my satisfaction. Left a mess at the site. Poor communication generally"
