"I highly recommend Comfort Central. Owner Kevin Schumann and his co-workers, Jay and Thomas, did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC system at our house. Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling. HVAC projects can be expensive and complicated, and we wanted the right company to handle ours. We learned about Comfort Central from our home health specialist who had worked with Kevin in the past and had received very positive comments about his team from customers. I can recommend Kevin and the Comfort Central crew without reservation."

"Excellent service. Tech called when he was enroute. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do & that if he found any issues/problems he would talk to me before doing anything. He did the servicing thoroughly in about an hour. He made one recommendation for a change to the air return but wasn't pushy about it. He said it was just an idea to make changing the filter easier. He also brought up another recommended system change/addition and we discussed future service options. Overall it was very good service. I would use them again."

"Tim is the best service technician! He was out today today for a maintenance and service call. He is very experienced and clearly explained what was needed and to recap at the end of the visit! I first started working Sheer Comfort in 2023 when they installed a new AC & Gas furnace for my home. I obtained 5 quotes from highly rated companies before deciding which company to engage. I worked with Travis Shearer (owner) on deciding which options were best for my home and I was impressed with his knowledge, fair pricing and ease to work with. The project was well supervised by Carl and installed by David & Eli......they were all great to work with. Tonya in the office was excellent in keeping me posted on timelines and managing the coordination for permitting and coordinating with the 3 sub-contractors needed for running gas lines and electrical to connect my new furnace and for a plumber to make changes to my water heater from my old gas forced air system. "I thought I had a hole in my ducts under the house which I was waiting to be told it's going to be expensive fixing. Video came over crawled under the house then asked to go inside. He went to the thermostat and pointed to my problem. I had the fan on even though I had the a/c off. It's a new thermostat and it wasn't fully explained to me how to use it. He could have come back telling me I needed new duct work, etc. Finding someone that's actually honest in today's world is very rare. I had him go ahead and clean my air vents and dryer out. He is to be commended for his honestly that I told my neighbor and she called to schedule her vents to be cleaned."
