"I like the fact that I only pay once for the service, but it seems like they are changing so that you pay for less and less service. They could provide more of a service. I thought I upgrade my service for my higher end appliances. My appliance went out and I called them to get a replacement. It took 4 months to approve the replacement. It was not entirely their fault. The vendor who they choose did not inform them that the part to fix it was no longer available. They could of pressed the company to get it moving faster. If your gonna cover the appliance, then you cover the appliance based on what the home owner has. Most company's they send out are professional."
