"I highly recommend Comfort Central. Owner Kevin Schumann and his co-workers, Jay and Thomas, did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC system at our house. Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling. HVAC projects can be expensive and complicated, and we wanted the right company to handle ours. We learned about Comfort Central from our home health specialist who had worked with Kevin in the past and had received very positive comments about his team from customers. I can recommend Kevin and the Comfort Central crew without reservation."

"Purchase and installation of heat pump went very well. David came the very next morning after my call for help. He gave me the estimate on the best pump suitable for my needs plus all the equipment and labor to complete the job. The day of installation everyone arrived early. Each person had their specific part and each went right to work. The whole system was completed the same day. Everything was cleaned up and the old unit hauled away. Nick came to do the inspection after a week to see if all was running well. All were so friendly and professional. They did a great job. I have had a maintenance contract with Quality Air for several years and all the guys who come to my home have been friendly and professional."

Frank came back with Tyler to do a load estimation to ensure we had the right size unit for our home. Ryan and Rob were our installation crew (along w Clint) and were also very courteous, informative, professional and polite. I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. "The Technicians were on time, courteous and thorough. They respected our home and wore booties to protect our floors. They were hard workers and they cleaned up the mess from the dryer vent cleaning. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a boroscope view so I can see the before/after of the cleaning. The amount of lint/debris that cam from the dryer vent was astounding so I know they cleaned it well. I would hire them again and may bring them back to clean the HVAC ductwork."
