"I highly recommend Comfort Central. Owner Kevin Schumann and his co-workers, Jay and Thomas, did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC system at our house. Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling. HVAC projects can be expensive and complicated, and we wanted the right company to handle ours. We learned about Comfort Central from our home health specialist who had worked with Kevin in the past and had received very positive comments about his team from customers. I can recommend Kevin and the Comfort Central crew without reservation."

"It went very well and the 2 men who did the work got along really well with one another and worked well together which made for a pleasant experience. They arrived early in the morning and cleaned up after they were through and completely explained how to use the new thermostat to me. I've also noticed that since we've had the new heating system, I've been a lot warmer without the furnace turning off and on all the time so it's running much more efficiently. The cost was a little high but worth it because of the excellent service and warrantees that come with the new system.

"Our initial estimation contacts - Clint THEN Frank were amazing. Timely, professional, took time to walk me through things, answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and gave me options. Frank came back with Tyler to do a load estimation to ensure we had the right size unit for our home. I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. He took the time to throughly diagnose my hvac issues and explained it to me (someone who knows little) in a way I could understand. He was able to truly fix the problem and not just put and bandaid on it (which it was happened with other companies so many times in the past).
