"I sent a message through Angies List and they responded almost immediately. I was called and given a 30 minute window of their arrival, plus the technician's name. Then the technician called me when he was on his way. He talked to me then went to work and immediately diagnosed the issue (chipmunk chewed the wiring argh!). He gave me a quote which I felt was quite reasonable and the repair only took about 45 minutes. After that, we spoke further about the Hvac (it's pretty old), he said it seems to be running well but obviously has some age to it. He advised I don't need it replaced but may want to consider some ongoing maintenance. He was nice and professional and answered all of my dumb questions. I would definitely call them again.

"We purchased a new Clayton home in late 2023 and everything seemed good at first. After several times over a year of having HVAC techs from Clayton come out for a cooling issue, eventually the warranty ran out on the AC.
