"I sent a message through Angies List and they responded almost immediately. I was called and given a 30 minute window of their arrival, plus the technician's name. Then the technician called me when he was on his way. He talked to me then went to work and immediately diagnosed the issue (chipmunk chewed the wiring argh!). He gave me a quote which I felt was quite reasonable and the repair only took about 45 minutes. After that, we spoke further about the Hvac (it's pretty old), he said it seems to be running well but obviously has some age to it. He advised I don't need it replaced but may want to consider some ongoing maintenance. He was nice and professional and answered all of my dumb questions. I would definitely call them again.

"We purchased a new Clayton home in late 2023 and everything seemed good at first. After several times over a year of having HVAC techs from Clayton come out for a cooling issue, eventually the warranty ran out on the AC. Then we had another supposedly reputable HVAC company come out and said it was a lot of issues outside and would cost almost $2000 for a repair that may or may not work. We went thru Angis list and got in touch with Quality Air. The tech came out and went thru our system and located the issue inside that was never installed from the Clayton homes store. Nathan had our system up and running and has been cooling excellent ever since. "Good news and a caution. When I called HA to find an electrician, Viper Electric called back immediately and got to my home fast, and did good work. Caution:They originally quoted me $85 to do the work but did not tell me, if it runs over 30 mins to complete it would be $150! Learned this after they had finished and were here 40 mins. I called the Viper office manager who did the right thing an honored what they quoted by phone."
