Man came on time and diagonosedt in about 15 minutes. Had to order part. Called before ordering with price. After receipt of part, came next workday and installed and tested in 20 minutes

The dryer was repaired with no problem. The refrigerator posed a challenge as the leak continued after the initial repair. Scott spent a lot of time working on the refrigerator and researching the problem. Ultimately he suggested that we contact an authorized Samsung repair person, which we did. The Samsung rep did exactly what Scott did with the same result: the leak remained. Scott did not charge us for the repair. Scott is knowledgeable, professional, and honest in his work.

Great, Scott came over the day after I called, he was punctual, friendly, tolerant of my 3 dogs and he even showed me how to clean the coils, "to save me some money." Thankfully it was a minor issue. I will be calling him for any appliance repairs.

Scott completed an assessment of my washing machine and the reason for the error code that I was getting when I used it for the first time after purchasing my condo. He diagnosed the issue, showed me what happened to the motor due to debris in the laundry from the previous owner of my condo, and said that the motor would need to be replaced. He ordered the part right there and two days later returned to install it. The washing machine works very well now.

Scott could have overcharged us for part and labor.  Instead, he told us that the part (ice machine motor) can be easily purchased and installed by even novice DIYers.  It saved us considerable money.  I appreciate Scott's honesty which seems hard to come by these days.  I would use Scott for future repairs if needed.

Scott is a pro. He is now our go to guy for any future appliance repairs. He is kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable.

We left Scott a message in the afternoon that our dryer wasn't working.  He called back around 7pm that evening and said he could come over at 8am the next day to look at it.  He showed up promptly at 8 and spent about a half hour fixing the thermostat.  He recommended repositioning the dryer so it wouldn't overheat in the future and offered to do it if we didn't want to.  He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable.  I would highly recommended him.

When all others said "No" to fixing our rang cover, Scott said yes.  Scott is very professional and fixed the unit as promised.  I highly, highly, recommend Scott to others.

Our dryer stopped heating on 11/8/15.  We called Scott of Appliance Care Center on 11/9. He immediately came to our house to evaluate the problem. He ordered a part and returned on 11/12 to complete the repair.  Our dryer is running perfectly. Scott was wonderful and we will call him again for appliance repairs.

A few days ago my washer didn't sound right and I discovered that the agitator wasn't agitating. And of course this agitated me (couldn't resist the pun).Also, the dryer kept turning even when the door was open.  I called Appliance Care Center (Scott Jones) who I have dealt with in the past. I explained the difficulties I was having and Scott asked for the model numbers of each.  He said he would get the parts.  The next day he called and said he would come over to the house the following day.  When Scott arrived he went right to work and fixed both in about 20 minutes.  It was exactly what he thought based on our telecom.  I was amazed how efficient and thorough he was.  He tested both machines, gave me the bill and was on his way.  He probably saved me $1000 since I was considering getting new machines because this pair are 16 and 12 years old respectively.  Scott is definitely the "go to guy" for appliance repair.

I called Scott to schedule a repair of my dishwasher. Scott told me when he will be coming to the house, and when his previous appointment took longer than anticipated, he called and informed me.  Scott promply fixed my broken dishwasher door and oiled the hinges. He seems like a very hardworking and honest individual.  I highly recommend him and will definitely be hiring him again in the future when the need arises.

HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO MOVE MY REPAIR APPOINTMENT UP.SO I COULD FIT HIS VISIT INTO MY OTHER APPOINTMENTS FOR THE DAY.  
SCOTT QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE HEATING ELEMENT WAS BAD, AND SHOWED ME THE DEFECTIVE PART.  HE HAD THE PART AND REPLACED THE HEATING ELEMENT ON THE SPOT.
HE CLEANED THE LINT OUT AND SHORTENED THE HOSE, SWEPT UP THE MESS, AND ALL THE WHILE HE WAS PLEASANT AND EASY GOING.  AN ALL AROUND EXCELLENT REPAIRMAN!
