Rapid Appliance Repair

The heating element went out in my dryer over Christmas and Steve came and repaired it the same day I called. After a week the new heating element failed so I called him back. Again, he came to my home the same day I called and repaired it free of charge. He was kind, polite and extremely efficient. I highly recommend Rapid Appliance Repair!

What an outstanding experience. After calling all over I was fortunate enough to connect with RAR...Steve was here within an hour of me calling and replaced a hose. I was able to wash clothes within 20 minutes of him being here. What a wonderful, easy and professional experience. I hope I never have to call again but I assure you if I ever have another appliance repair need RAR will be the first place I call.

My experience was awesome. Called on a Sunday hoping to have someone come out sometime that week. The gentleman was here at the house within an hour and repair was complete in another 30 min. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I got an appointment within 24 hours (which I didn't need but appreciated). The technician arrived on time. Was very careful with the machine and the laundry room space. He checked everything related to the drum drive and assured me that all was well. Even though there wasn't anything that required a repair, I am happy to know that my machine isn't about to quit on me with a full, wet, unfinished load in the drum! Peace of mind, and I will definitely call Rapid Repair if I need appliance repairs in the future.

I called on a Saturday morning and the tech was out to my home in under three hours. Amazing service. Turns out the electronics circuit board was fried. He checked with a parts distributor, nothing in stock. He searched eBay and found the needed board but the price was 2/3 that of a new front-loader so we passed on that. The service call was around $85.00. Recommended.

I had made service calls to 2 well known names and was told the best they could do was schedule me for 5 days out. One refused to give me ball park figures for repair. This was unacceptable to me so I called Rapid Appliance Repair. I had placed the call after they had closed for the day. The next morning I received a call back from Steve. He was available to come the next day. Yay! But wait! He rearranged his schedule and came out the same day! I had asked for a range in prices knowing it could be a few things causing my washer from working and he was willing to give me ball park figures on the needed repairs. He was on time, had the part needed to repair the washer, cleaned up and was on his way. All within the price he had stated. Well done, Steve!!

After attempting to diagnose the issue over the phone.  He was able to come to location (same day service) to provide on site service. under $70 for the service call.
He was able to identify the problem immediately after dismantling the dryer. 
There was a "BIRD" in the dryer drum (?).... Was told that there are sometime snakes, squirrels, chipmunks etc caught in the dryer.. What a surprise !!.
So happy that when the dryer was reassembled the buzz was no longer there and was in perfect working condition.
