I used them I think it looks like August 17. That give us a dishwasher repair and it was a hundred dollars. I have the dual door disher path cool dishwasher and got a wet sensor that was shedding off and so I had to replace some sort of a sensor on it. Like the first problem I had with the dishwashers even though they had to replace a motor in it for the warranty. The appliances I get are very reliable and the service is very good. They service what they sell. It is not the big chain dealers where you do not know who is going to come to service your equipment. They have their own service people. And they are very responsive, they know you, and their warranty time period if I can get my extended warranty with them triple years. They are very good people to work with. Friends and family have used them and we are very pleased with John Champagne and his folks there. I probably pay a little more but I think I like having them local and I am getting service that reflects from price. I did pay a little more but I got quality. All my clients are from there, my television is from there, and they renovated the whole thing.

I use Champagne Appliances for all my appliance repair work and they are very efficient in getting things done. I called about my washer, they came out the same day to fix the timer and always clean there work area up when finished. The washer was under warranty so there was no charge but with my other appliances, I find their prices very reasonable. The company is very quick to respond to you are problem and very professional to deal with.

Champagne Appliance had a great response time. I called them on Friday and by Monday they came out and replaced the filter. They were able to assess the problem quickly. I have bought several appliances through them and they always provide good customer service even after the sale. They do charge a flat service fee plus the cost of the part.

Champagne Appliance was here to fix my washing machine the next morning. They had the part right on the truck. I have used them several times for other repairs in the past. They are really a reputable company and are very reliable. They have been in the area for years. They didn't mark up the price on the parts at all. I felt the cost for the labor was fair.

Champagne replaced the entire freezer and charged very little. We had bought it from them originally and feel they exceeded our expectations in handling the problem.

I always call Champagne appliances when we need any of our appliances repaired. They did a great job when they were out recently to install a new built in dishwasher and garbage disposal. They removed the old appliances and installed the new ones for us without any problems at all. The service men are very professional, punctual in all the work they have done for us, and we will continue to call them for all our repairs in the future.
