The downsides to the projects, was the relocation of my husband and myself to a spare bedroom for the work being done on the master bath. The team was always considerate. They took precautions to minimize as much dust and debris as possible, but this kind of project is going to generate quite a bit. Every day, when the team completed their tasks, they would put away tools and cleanup work areas. The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall."
