The downsides to the projects, was the relocation of my husband and myself to a spare bedroom for the work being done on the master bath. The team was always considerate. They took precautions to minimize as much dust and debris as possible, but this kind of project is going to generate quite a bit. Every day, when the team completed their tasks, they would put away tools and cleanup work areas. "The contractor, Steven was so great to work with. He constantly communicated with me and made the process as painless as possible. The price I was given was fair for the amount of work required. He had to take the back to back bathrooms down to the studs, remove rotten and molded word subfloors, replace at least 6 floor joists, redo the plumbing, and move a floor vent to place on the wall. They found an electrical issue that was resolved and then rebuilt the bathrooms. During the entire project he had a great attitude and always remained a consummate professional. Ironically, I am looking forward to our next project. I highly recommend his company for any remodel and/or building project to your home."
