We were patient with their schedule and was worth the wait. The good contractors are always booked up and will take longer to get started. Weather played a factor in the delay, but nobody can control that. The father/son crew that did the work were professional and paid attention to detail. His quote the most competitive, he has fantastic customer service skills, and he stayed in constant communication whenever he had an update/question or needed to reschedule for a day. One day he even stayed late to work on my project because the weather forecast called for rain in the future and he did not want to delay the completion of the project.
