This technician assigned through our home warranty company and it was a complete nightmare. Initially we were excited to find out the technician that they sent was Anthony, who we met about 10 years ago at a local pool shop. Anthony seemed to be quite knowledgeable so when he showed up to do the claim we were excited. Unfortunately after taking the $80 service fee, he ghosted us- no updates, no repairs, and said one thing while doing nothing to resolve this with the warranty company. Calls and texts were ignored from both me and my wife while Anthony made zero effort to follow through with the warranty company. We have been left with a broken pool and a ruined summer. In fact the warranty company will still accept the assessment from a third party which will hire out of pocket. Anthony did absolutely nothing but waste our time and take our money. I hope that $80 was worth it. If you are considering hiring him do not. Total disappointment!

Got them to replace my above ground pool liner. Very professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Is not honest about warranties/parts. Installed a new motor which started to fail within 15 hours of installation. Refuses to do anything about it.

Very responsible and explained every aspect of the job as it was getting completed. Very detailed oriented. Anthony took his time and did an excellent job building our above ground pool.

My immediate impression of Anthony was of an experienced professional. The more we got into the particulars of my liner replacement, I knew this was the man I was going to hire for the job. Being a DIY'r, I grilled him with many questions and voiced all my expectations. He was very patient and answered all and offered even more information about pool products than I knew existed. When I arrived home and saw his finished work, I was truly pleased and impressed that he did everything by himself! He's got skills! Will highly recommend Hydro-Chemistry Pools & Spa.

service was good, very professional. took a while to get the pool closed due to several days of rain the said was throwing them behind. there was also several days of sun. felt he could've planned a little better based on weather forecasting.
