So I asked them about flooring, ultimately purchasing a floating laminate to put over the ugly tiled floor. We repeated the flooring in the other bathroom. "The contractor, Steven was so great to work with. He constantly communicated with me and made the process as painless as possible. The price I was given was fair for the amount of work required. He had to take the back to back bathrooms down to the studs, remove rotten and molded word subfloors, replace at least 6 floor joists, redo the plumbing, and move a floor vent to place on the wall. They found an electrical issue that was resolved and then rebuilt the bathrooms. During the entire project he had a great attitude and always remained a consummate professional. He was helpful in designing the bathroom as as I was not sure exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. I had to get on their waitlist but they began when they promised.
