Besides being top-notch carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, they engineered and implemented water mitigation for our basement. Inside the house, they supervised painting and floor refinishing, rewired the upstairs, completely remodeled a cramped second story into a spacious master suite, tripling the size of the bathroom, creating a walk-in closet and a cozy study for our home office. They even made crown modeling from scratch. They reconditioned all the original brass hardware. The list goes on. HousePro is extremely professional, reasonably priced, highly skilled in all facets of home remodeling.

We hired HousePro to complete the remodeling of our home in Greensboro. The work was extensive and required hours of demolition, design, modifcation and product selection. Greg and Jonathon did an exceptional job for us in all aspects of the project from demolition, design, appliance and cabinet procurement. The work was completed on time and in budget. They met with us any time qustions arose and made sure the solution was what we wanted/needed. Their staff showed up on time, did their job and cleaned up each day. We needed cabinetry in our living room and offices and Greg designed and constructed each and his crew installed them to perfection. I have been in the housing business for over 40 years and can honestly say that I have never worked with a better contractor. I would strongly recommend HousePro for any size remodeling job, big or small. Simply put they did a fantastic job.

HousePro Home Improvement went above and beyond! I was an out of state new home buyer that needed a bathroom remodel to accommodate my mom who is in a wheelchair and it needed to be completed before we moved in. The work suggested was exactly what was needed and nothing more, no overselling! The work was promised to be completed by move in and it was! FaceTime, text messages and phone calls were used to communicate and all were responded to in a timely manner, if needed. The hardwood flooring in the house was well protected. During the construction process, family members who lived in the area would stop in and constantly told me how clean the construction area was. Daily clean up. I would definitely hire them again. They were Professional, Punctual, Friendly with good Workmanship.

The House Pro team walked through the bathrooms (2) with me multiple times evaluating and making suggestions to improve the looks and functionality of aged decor and appliances. This was more than just a bathtub replacement. For 3 to 4 weeks on each bathroom, members of House Pro were present Mon-Fri to work on one or more areas of the bathroom renovation. The house was built in 1969 which presented the team with a variety of challenges to modernize the bathrooms. The demolition alone required removal of pounds of old tile, cement and rotted wood. The old was replaced with new, up to date materials. Daily any questions I had about the renovation process was answered. The downsides to the projects, was the relocation of my husband and myself to a spare bedroom for the work being done on the master bath. The team was always considerate. They took precautions to minimize as much dust and debris as possible, but this kind of project is going to generate quite a bit. Every day, when the team completed their tasks, they would put away tools and cleanup work areas. Now my husband and I have two new modern clean bathrooms that should serve us well through retirement. I would definitely recommend the House Pro team for renovations to bathrooms. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about what works and doesn't work in updating old bathrooms to new.

HousePro was an excellent choice to do our bathroom remodel! Greg responded to my phone call within 24 hours and delivered a detailed quote and answered all my questions. Jonathan followed up quickly once we decided to use his team. He was very helpful in helping me find and decide upon the products I would need. He always responded within a day to phone calls, emails and texts. John and Cory were on time each morning and explained to me what was to happen that day. They always told me when they would be returning and what they were going to do. Jonathan, John and Cory all did excellent work and our master bathroom turned out above and beyond our expectations! We will use them again in the future to remodel another bathroom!

It went fantastically well. Greg Morgan came out and look at the job and was able to provide me with a comprehensive quote. He was helpful in designing the bathroom as as I was not sure exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. I had to get on their waitlist but they began when they promised. I was VERY pleased with the finished bathroom. I found all of the workmen to be very pleasant and respectful. They took care to protect the wood floors. The individual that did the tile work it an outstanding job. I will surely use HousePro for future projects.

Jonathon and his assistant Crystal did a great job in remodeling our bathroom. Removing the bath tub and converting it to regular stand up shower. Their work completely transformed the bathroom. They were a pleasure to work with and accommodated the many last minute changes.

My house was totally reshaped into a beautiful kitchen with open concept. I love it. I can now entertain and actually be in the same room with my guests. The island is awesome. The countertops are beautiful. The work was top notch. The only thing that bothered me about any of it was the dust during the construction. But it was worth it!

Well! This is our third time hiring HousePro for various projects. Jonathon is very responsive and offers helpful suggestions based on what we’d like. It took a couple days longer than expected but we had to work around the painters also, who removed popcorn ceiling and painted the walls and baseboards.

Happy with the outcome but took much longer than estimated.

The fully renovated bathroom is spectacular. It was down to studs and I could see dirt under the slab. The bathroom is on the smallish size, but everything I need is there and does not look cramped. The bathroom is fully accessible. I did a little research before hiring HousePro but no additional quotes. I was sold by Jonathon's expertise on accessible bathrooms. Jonathon was able to offer alternatives to all of my expensive plans, including a less expensive curbless shower option. Nonetheless, I got what I wanted and hope that the style is classic enough to withstand design trends for the next 40 years. I made all the design decisions and even did the shopping, but that is what I needed. HousePro offered more help in this area if you want it or need it. The team was exacting and willing to listen to my "helpful hints" while work was in progress. The bathroom has gotten rave reviews from all who have seen it. I would hire HousePro again without a second thought- having said that HousePro is a bit slow at responding. It is a trade-off, worth the totally professional job, but you are forewarned to be patient and don't be afraid to jiggle an elbow.
