He was tasked to fix an issue from previous plumber that would not come back to correct faulty install of spigot and water hydrant. Austin explained what happened with the previous installation and the below par accessories that the previous plumber used. "On December 25th, the toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machine in our home were backing up. We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend. They returned our call immediately and Sunder Khemlani who is the owner came to our home to evaluate the problem and cleared a drain coming out of the house. The next morning Sundar and Dave came out at 11:00 to do a sewer line sectional repair. Roots had grown into the sewer line. The communication and customer service we received was exceptional. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. My husband and I will always use this company in the future for any plumbing issues and will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. "I have a walkout basement that has trouble in severe rains that floods my basement under the door. We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with.
