"The job went great! They were able to remove a very large drainpipe that was 5 feet below the road. Additionally they installed a larger pipe for us, and did an excellent job getting it seated in place and covering it up. The road going into our farm doesn't flood anymore and the water is able to drain nicely on the sides where they helped dig the angle much better than any piece of farm equipment we had on hand. Mr. Lozy was kind enough to help us dig a really small pond for the deer as well. With his excavator it took 3 minutes, what would have taken me 18 hours and a broken back to do with a shovel."

We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend. They returned our call immediately and Sunder Khemlani who is the owner came to our home to evaluate the problem and cleared a drain coming out of the house. The next morning Sundar and Dave came out at 11:00 to do a sewer line sectional repair. Roots had grown into the sewer line. The communication and customer service we received was exceptional. "I have a walkout basement that has trouble in severe rains that floods my basement under the door. We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. Everyone I was in contact with at Falcone was communicative and very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would call on them again in a heartbeat. Thanks!"
