But they instead persevered and finished the job that one day. That work ethic is sorely missed by many in contemporary society and is a refreshing break from the reality.

Very professional. I received a printed estimate with all charges detailed. The workers were timely efficient and polite. The work was completed that same day and everything was cleaned up afterwards. The work was inspected that next day to make sure all was in order. I would recommend their service and would not hesitate to use them for other services

I highly recommend Todd and SWS. My crawlspace needed so much work and Todd helped me understand all the options and stayed within my budget. SWS installed drain piped the length of the house, dug a basin with a sump pump, dehumidifier and laid a vapor barrier. What meant the most to me was Todd explaining the solutions, showing me the areas to be addressed and coming back out after his team was done to inspect their work (which was impeccable). I so relieved to have this project behind me.

I contracted and paid for Sedona Waterproofing Solutions to install French DRAINS in my yard to mitigate the water we were receiving from uphill properties. Sedona instead installed pipe and gravel, skipping the crucial steps of lining each of the trenches with fabric to prevent the perforated tubes from clogging with soil and sediment. Additionally, when we contacted them within two weeks of the job completion regarding this, the owner told me if we wanted it done right, we were going to have to come up with more money. I told him I already paid for it to be done correctly the first time. So he asked a 53-year old disabled single woman to dig the tens of thousands of pounds of rocks out of the 500-600 feet of trenches to make the job easier for his crew to come back and make the corrections. When my visiting boyfriend brought him to my house a few weeks later, he told the owner that he would not allow me to dig out the rocks. He told us that we were asking for free work. Ultimately, he extended us a 10-year guarantee that the product he installed would not clog. He admitted on this visit with regard to French Drains that he had never done it that way, even though there is a plethora of information by simply doing a search on the proper construction of French Drains. When it happened a month later, he told us that it was our fault and that he would not honor the guarantee he had given us. I went to the expense of hiring a civil engineer to evaluate the system installed by SWS, and they concluded that not a single aspect of the job was performed on my property. Who does that unless there is a problem with the installed product?

Todd Travis and Darnell replaced non functioning french drains Water just pours off the street, driveway and hill down into the front of my house. The old (9 and 2 year old) drains were not working. Don't call a landscaper to do this work!!! This is a real waterproofing company that understands how water flows. Great job!

Dan the salesperson was very responsive and the secret sauce is Eduardo. He is very experienced and cares a lot that everything is done right. They worked on a Saturday and a Sunday so I hope they get paid a lot!

Had l known they were a fly by night outfit I would never have contracted with them. They were not very professional or coordinated with their scheduling. A 4 to 5-day job stretched over 7 weeks. My yard was left in a mess for weeks at a time. A trench was left open for over 4 weeks. Work was not completed properly and had to be redone. It has now been 3 months, and it is still not complete. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Sedona has been a pleasure to work with. From my initial contact with them thru the actual installation of a french drain to remove excess water from around my foundation. They have been prompt, polite and professional all at a reasonable price.

Scheduling took a bit, but the job was ultimately done very quickly and professionally. No more drainage issues around my foundation!
