"Why did I hire Reno Ready? First of all James (Owner) was the only person that showed up with a true and honest quote for my Bathroom Renovations. I had tried others and they were supposed to be top rated and high end Pros. But the facts are that This company came to my home and asked me what I want verses what's needed and my budget for completion. I sent a message to them and was contacted the next day and from that point onward everything just went better and better for me. I am a 100 % disabled Veteran That also recently was diagnosed with a very rare cancer. No one understood my needs and because to them my work need was to small or they weren't flexible with me at any point as to not even give me an itemized bill to present to the VA for some monetary help. "Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."
