QUALITY CLEANING

My call was returned within 10 minutes and I was met at the property the same day. The quote was very reasonable considering the scope of the job. The cleaning team showed up on time on the arranged day and did a thorough job. They even cleaned the oven, fridge and dishwasher and washed inside all cabinets. They took a break for lunch on site and continued working until the job was done. I could not have been more pleased with the work or the professionalism. I highly recommend Quality Cleaning and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The staff is highly competent, and the owner is very professional.  Their work was excellent, and we highly recommend them. 

We recently purchase a 2nd home in Hickory.  We are from the Midwest and use it as a vacation home with the desire of ultimately moving there permanently.  We decided to rent to short term vacationers.  Found Jennifer's cleaning company....Quality Cleaning..on Angie's List .and happened upon a GEM!  Every interaction we had with her was so pleasant and encouraging...she came to the house to meet us in person as we told her what we would need for our potential renters.  We are focused on providing a clean welcoming experience for our guests and Jennifer and her crew hit the mark EVERY SINGLE TIME.  She provides so much more than just a clean home.  She personally welcomes our guests with fresh flowers and a goody basket.  She acclimates them to the home and makes herself available to them during their stay.  She has given us references for her business contacts and provided oversight on projects we have required completed (plumbing/electrical/dock) to name a few, a valuable resource as we are not familiar with Hickory. 
Our renters have all commented on Jennifer and her welcoming genuine southern hospitality.  We felt we could trust her immediately, cannot honestly say we have ever felt that with a service provider of any type.  
She enables us to feel totally confident all is handled when we are so far away.  We have nicknamed her "Jenny on the spot" because of her responsiveness to our requests or our renters needs.  She is always full of suggestions for solutions to issues which arise.  
We would NOT be able to do this without her...no questions asked.

They were fantastic. I did not think that they could get my bathrooms clean enough for me to be comfortable using them. I thought for sure we would need to replace all toilet they were so nasty. They sure surprised me! They look almost new! The tubs and shower also look. The guys in the crew even took the doors off of my double wall ovens and took the layers of glass apart because that was the only way they could get them clean. They knew what they were doing. They took my microwave drawer completely out to clean the burnt crusty mess on the top - again they knew. They cleaned light fixtures, fans, windows, blinds, walls, baseboard , cabinets inside and out and of course floors. I could go on and on
Great job Jennifer and Team. You have no idea how happy you have made me as I unpack in my new clean house!

Jennifer and her crew were amazing. In about 3.5 hours, they transformed my home to look like new. It was amazing.

She was quick to respond to the first message, gave us a very solid walk through of her services, and was flexible on scheduling our first appointment. Her crew comes in cleans very well and she is always on site with them.

the items completed were as agreed, the master bathroom shower and vanity were cleaned, the floor was not cleaned at all. my main reason for hiring the service was window cleaning, the owner or supervisor did not even remember that I wanted windows cleaned when I pointed out that was my main focus she assigned an employee to do the task. the employee did a sloppy half complete job, some of the windows were not touched. overall I was not happy with the service, my gut feeling was that not enough time was allotted for the service promised.

Jennifer and her crew do an excellent job! She has been cleaning my house for the past two months and it has been a pleasure. She is very professional to deal with and has always been punctual and very accommodating. I waited to write a review because in the past my house cleaners have started off great, but gotten complacent with time. Not Jennifer! They are still doing an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

As you can tell from the paragraph above, it went perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased. Jennifer and her Quality Cleaning crew did a much better job than we expected. When we hired them, we thought that their price was a bit high. Now, having seen their work, we know that we are getting more than our money's worth.
We have a big dog who sheds fur balls all over the house. Cleaned! The dog's nose manages to find its way to smearing every window and glass surface within three feet of the floor. Cleaned! Beds all made and sheets replaced in time for guests this weekend. Done. Wood furniture arms and table surfaces, cleaned and polished!
And as for punctuality, they showed up early and stayed until the job was done. You can't ask any more than that.
And it was all done with smiles, good spirits, and youthful energy.

Jennifer is an absolute delight to deal with! She went out of her way to accommodate a very tight time constraint. I had closed on a house on the 8/16, had movers booked for 8/19. After closing, went to the house and found that it was very dirty, would be difficult to clean after moving, and we just didn't have the time to do it prior to moving. Phoned Jennifer the 16th, and she was on her way out of town, but said she'd call when she got back into town Sunday. She met us at the house Sunday evening, walked through and found out what we needed, asked questions, and gave us an estimate. She made time early Monday morning to come to the house with her crew and clean everything. They did a stellar job! I thought the downstairs bathtub needed to be refinished, but it turned out that it just needed a good cleaning! They cleaned everything with attention to detail and went above and beyond. They cleaned everything we asked, and more. They were finishing just as the movers were arriving to unload. I will have Jennifer back, and highly recommend her to everyone! Thanks Jennifer!

I can not begin to list everything they cleaned, but I will say that they cleaned everything we expected, then more. Thorough, eye for detail, pleasant...we have arranged them to be back bi weekly until the house is sold! Absolutely Highly Recommend Jennifer and Team!

Jennifer and her crew were efficient, worked diligently, and completed all the tasks we had agreed upon.

Jennifer Grise and her niece came early at the request of our realtor because the prior owners did not clean and were not even out of the house at the time of closing. Jennifer and her niece were super pleasant and professional and worked hard and quickly. She agreed to do the extra cleaning at the last minute and did as much as she could in our approximately 2100 square foot home in not much more time than the initial 3 hours quoted for the kitchen and bathrooms. Considering all she agreed to do at the last minute, she did a great job, and it was great to be able to use the kitchen appliances right away. My realtor took her business card to possibly use her again, and my husband and I would totally recommend her to others. She was also very good about responding to voice messages and e-mails. I can't speak to the amount our realtor paid for the rest of the cleaning, since I'm not aware of the amount, but I feel her price was pretty comparable to other quotes I received. I went with Jennifer because I found her on Angie's List and she was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

I was very pleased because the three girls seemed to do a very thorough job. I'm planning on having them back.

Jennifer and her team did an absolutely fantastic job and we look forward to working with her again! My brother and I wanted to surprise our parents by having the house cleaned before Christmas (before they decorated every surface of the house). Both of us live out of town so there were very few windows where we could get both the parents out of the house for a few hours.
