"I called on Sunday thinking they would call me Monday morning. Within an hour of my call they called me back. I told her we had water all over our living room and kitchen floor. She said do you want someone to come now. I said in the morning would be fine. They showed right on time and quickly found that the water supply line to our refrigerator was leaking. They also recommended United Water Restoration Group for the water remediation. There was no charge for the visit."

A high pitch noise after flushing is likely caused by the fill valve being clogged with debris. You can repair this and eliminate the noise by removing the fill valve from the tank, and then cleaning the valve screen. Place the clean fill valve back in the tank and flush as normal.

You can DIY your toilet flapper replacement if you’re up for a small plumbing project. Turn off the water to the toilet, open the tank lid, remove the chain from the lever, and unhook the flapper.
