"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. "I had 20 year old flat moist insulation that didn't do any good in cold weather. I always had high energy bills every winter and didn't want to do the same this year. I knew I wanted to get insulation up to code R38. I went back and forth a lot and called them many times about understanding my choices for both insulation and radient barrier. I was chose them because they are the only ones that had copperflec. I became glad I chose them because of how paitent they was and how availble they was to answer all of my questions. They showed up as schudled and took out all the old stuff without getting it in my house. That was very important to me with my asthma that it didn't get in the air. I was very pleased with everything they did and how neat they left the place. I am also pleased to tell the difference in how even the room tempatures are now with the radient barrier. Before one would be hotter or colder then others. I expect to have much lower bills this winter."
